The ceilings are low due to the age of the building, and the decor and furnishings are plain and simple, but perfectly comfortable. Although they are not in the most up-to-date style the rooms and their bathrooms are in good condition on the whole. RESTAURANT Breakfast is served in a simple, typically Swiss style breakfast room with red and white checked tablecloths and heavy wood tables and chairs. The hotel also has another typical Swiss restaurant which is popular with local people. EXTERIOR The building is in typical chalet style with colourful flower baskets and carved woodwork. LOBBY The small lobby is very simple, reception being nothing more than a table, but its warm decor and friendly staff should make guests feel at home straight away.
